Shipping Policy

  1. The products sold at BudCBD are shipped from Europe, directly by the manufacturer, as international shipping.

  2. After confirmation of the order, the order will be sent to the address provided at the time of ordering.
  3. You must use the residential address and not the workplace address, in order to reduce the chance that the shipment will be lost after delivery or will be charged with customs clearance and additional taxes unnecessarily.
  4. If the address provided is nevertheless a public or workplace address, BudCBD will not be responsible if the shipment is lost after delivery.

  5. Delivery times usually range from 10-20 business days.
  6. If the package has not reached its destination after 60 business days, an option will be given for a monetary credit or a new shipment on BudCBD’s account.
  7. All orders placed between Sunday and Thursday until 16:00. Will be processed the next business day.
  8. Orders are not shipped, and usually not delivered, during weekends and holidays.
  9. In exceptional cases, there may be delays in treatment times. In such cases, notification of the follow-up will be given immediately upon its formation.

  10. Estimated delivery times may vary if your order is delayed by customs authorities for inspection.

  11. After sending the order, a confirmation will be sent to the email provided at the time of ordering, which includes a tracking number.
  12. The tracking number will be active up to 24 hours from the moment the order is sent.

  13. All orders placed on the website are sent to customers from Europe directly by the relevant manufacturer.
  14. Amanitos will not be responsible for customs or VAT payments that will be made in connection with the order by the authorities at the time of delivery.

  16. If the order is lost while in the possession of the shipping company, Amanitos will send a replacement product.
  17. If there is damage to the order during shipping, please contact us by email along with the order details, photos of the packaging and the damage caused to the product.
  18. From the moment you receive your order, you can return it to Amanitos within 14 days and in its original packaging and receive the full amount paid (not including the shipping cost).
  19. With the exception of liquid products, returns are not possible as BudCBD cannot take responsibility for improper storage by the customer.
  20. If any product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned. To return any product, please contact Amanitos by email with your order details.

  21. The warranty for the products is provided by the manufacturer and not directly by Amanitos. CBD is not a substitute for consulting a specialist doctor.
  22. All content on the website is not a substitute for professional advice or a certified ghost recommendation.
  23. The contents appearing on the website are intended to provide information and do not constitute medical advice and/or medical opinion and/or a substitute for consultation with a specialist doctor.
  24. Amanitos is not responsible for the legal status of the products in the country where they are consumed.

  25. Amanitos may cancel the customer’s right to place an order(s) on the website and/or by phone in any of the following cases: If the orderer’s details were not received properly for any reason by the orderer, Amanitos may cancel the order at its discretion.
  26. When the order is made illegally and/or not according to these regulations, Amanitos will be entitled to cancel the order.
  27. A notice of cancellation of an order will be given to the customer based on the details provided by him when filling out the order. If there is a clerical error in the order, Amanitos will be entitled to cancel the order.
